My culinary vision comes from my passion for cuisine and high standards of excellence. My true culinary passion is creating seasonal and local inspired menus, which are tailor made for each of my clients. I have dedicated and showcased my passion for culinary arts since 1985, designing and creating in some of the East Coast’s most elite restaurants, catering companies, and private country clubs. Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with Foreign Ambassadors, Award Winning Actors, Fashion Icons, Legendary Musicians, and Elite Athletes. I will deliver all the right ingredients to make your next event a recipe for success.
