 I have learned over the past 25 years if someone can do it better than you, let them. "A good idea doesn't mind who owns it".

The Perfect Italian menu can only come from one place. New Dream Catering. Working with Chef Eric Gaffin and his team was an amazing experience.  My authentically New York bride and her family were thrilled to see such detail go into food preparation and presentation. Truly from the tasting all the way to the very last moment on site, I can not think of anyone else that I would rather work with. In the wedding business, sometimes things get thrown at you last moment. It is how vendors work in the heat of the moment that tells the entire story. Eric certainly gets the bigger picture and is a welcome member of the Lawson Roberts and White Tuxedo Productions Team! I look forward to using New Dream again and for many years to come.
